They will advise you of any sales but never a sales pitch! Just sound advice. Recently a sale on AC service phone call. Said would think about it no hard sale! We decided good investment on an old system & called back! I like they give you time frame choices and text when close. Great customer service from office to home!”

"ProCure went above and beyond BEFORE even coming to my home. A different company had come out, I paid them 49.00 to come out and tell me what was wrong. Their technician claimed it was a heating element but I was skeptical as its a brand new unit. He said he didnt have the part and would have to ask his boss if he could drive to Waco to get it ??? I never heard from them again. Took my money and disappeared. I called ProCure and let them what I was told and they offered to send a tech at No Cost for a 2nd opinion. Jake showed up in the time I was told and after some diagnosis he determined the issue was NOT the heating element but my thermostat. Thank you ProCure and all their staff for helping me with my issue and getting my heat back on before the freezing temperatures hit the next morning. You have definitely gained a new customer"
